Under Subsection 116(1) of Act 599, each award made by the Tribunal is final and binding on all parties to the proceedings. However, any party who is not satisfied with an award of the Tribunal can file an application for judicial review in the High Court for the High Court to reconsider the award. The Tribunal is not involved in the process of judicial review.
