Introduction

The Human Resource Management Division (BPSM) is responsible for planning and development of human resources, organizational development and management of employees’ services in the Ministry. Human capital development is given priority by this Division to produce a highly skilled and knowledgeable workforce with positive work ethic. This goal is expected to be achieved through continuous training and learning.

Objective

  1. Develop quality and productive workforce that are able to provide effective and excellent service towards the achievement of the Ministry’s Vision and Mission.
  2. Maximize utilization of the workforce to enable employees to assume additional duties in the Ministry through organizational restructuring.
  3. Career development by promoting human resource management based on competency and innovation to support effective public service delivery systems.

Function

  1. Manage human resource service of the organization to cover recruitment, job posting, promotion and performance appraisal.
  2. Plan organizational development to fulfill current needs.
  3. Plan and manage human resources training requirements .
  4. Manage internal examinations such as the Department’s Subject Examination and Promotion by Appointment Examination, as well as examinations related to Competency Assessment at the Ministry.
  5. Organize the Joint Council Meeting (MBJ) and the Excellent Service Award Council Meeting.
  6. Administrate Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) in the Ministry.
  7. Psychological services are the core aspects of human capital development in order to help realize the vision of the ministry.
