Introduction

The Management and Financial Services Division (BKPK) consists of the administrative unit of the general administration unit of assets and stores, finance, budget and combined with the procurement and development section starting in June 2019. The total number of officers and permanent staff is 87 people.

Objective

Ensure that office administration runs efficiently, properly and with integrity in the administration, finance, procurement, maintenance, secretariat and security units in line with the objectives of the ministry.

Function

  1. To plan and enable all quality and innovation activities of the Ministry.
  2. To plan and monitor the Ministry's tender procurement and quotation matters.
  3. Coordinate the matters of retrieval, payment and emoluments of staffing matters.
  4. To plan and coordinate all developmental projects and allocations of expenditure under the Ministry's authority.
  5. Plan, implement and monitor the Ministry's annual budget management.
  6. Provide training and advice on financial management and administration to Ministry staff.
  7. Coordinate the management of the Ministry's assets and stores.
  8. Manage the Ministry's library.
  9. Coordinate the rental and management of the Ministry's office space
  10. Coordinate the management of the Ministry's records
  11. To manage the administration affairs of the Ministry
  12. Coordinate and manage procurement in the field of supplies and Ministry Services using the following procurement methods:
    a) Tender
    b) Quotation
    c) Direct Purchase
    d) Contract Management
    e) Appointment of Consultants
    f) Recording and updating Consultant Appointment data from time to time.
  13. Monitor that the procurement affairs of the Ministry are implemented in an efficient, prudent, transparent manner and in compliance with currentfinancial procedures and procurement procedures.
  14. Provide training and advice on comprehensive earnings management.
  15. Coordinate all development programs / projects and allocate expenditure under the Ministry's jurisdiction.
  16. Monitor the implementation of the Ministry's development programs / projects is running smoothly over a set period of time.
  17. Ensure that the management manages and updates the Project Monitoring System II (SPPII) on a monthly basis and coordinates the Ministry's Outcome Evaluation and Inspectorate Assessment Activities
