  • The purpose of this policy is to create self-compliance among traders/sellers under KPDNHEP legislation.

  • Price tags of goods and charges for services (Price Control and Anti -Profiteering Act 2011)
  • Verification of weights and measures (Weights and Measures Act 1972)
  • Discounted/Sale activities (Trade Descriptions Act 1972)
  • Selling controlled goods without a license (Control of Supplies Act 1961)
