INTRODUCTION

This Business Development Training Program focuses on improving skills and business growth (upscaling skills and business growth for existing SMEs) under the guidance of KPDN.

This planned training program/activity focuses on initiatives and efforts to identify the potential of companies particularly in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) industry that have products to be developed to foreign supermarkets in this country such as Aeon Co., Aeon Big , Lotus's, Giant, Lulu, other large supermarkets and convenience stores and other domestic retail market channels with the theme of Access to Retail.

The training areas and modules offered are appropriate to support the implementation of the Local Product Penetration Initiative to the retail sector. The involvement of offers and participation is also specific to PMKS that meet the criteria and conditions set

OBJECTIVE

  1. Helping traders especially in the PMKS industry to strengthen their skills and knowledge towards increasing the level of efficiency of service and delivery as well as understanding business strategies (promotion, supply and effective distribution);
  2. Helping traders improve productivity through the application of more comprehensive and practical business values, knowledge and knowledge in setting business direction and contributing to the achievement of the goal of boosting business; and
  3. Giving birth to more dynamic traders, not only towards increasing business progress but also fostering ethical and moral values ​​that are able to balance profit orientation and customer/consumer welfare in line with the Vision of Shared Prosperity.

Basic program of strengthening and improving skills, knowledge and business growth for local PMKS (upscaling skills, knowledge and business growth for SMEs).

 

Provide training modules in terms of productivity and business quality management to local PMKS, especially to penetrate the retail sector.

Access To Retail Course

The training program specializes in procedures and requirements to penetrate wider foreign and local supermarkets such as Aeon Big, Lotus's, Giant, Lulu and Mydin.

Provide an understanding of criteria and setting market targets according to product suitability and user needs.

Building Story Brand via Online Course

The training program is in the form of sharing about marketing methods and forms that are suitable for products using online platforms that comply with low cost, high quality, easy access and reasonable deal approaches.

Improve PMKS productivity through exposure to online marketing, effective communication and brand advertising and awareness.

Profitable Growth Course

Specific training programs on product costing and measures to increase business profitability through various platforms.

Expose the participants with tips and tricks to achieve a dramatic increase in profits.
